1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing Shirts Avenue, creating an account, placing an order, or uploading a custom design, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Shopify payment processing

All payments are handled by Shopify checkout. Shirts Avenue does not store your full payment card details. Shopify is responsible for payment authorization, fraud screening, tax calculation, and issuing receipts. By checking out, you agree to Shopify’s terms and privacy practices in addition to ours.

• Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout before payment.
• We only process the order after Shopify confirms payment.

3. Ninja POD fulfillment

Shirts Avenue produces custom apparel through Ninja Print on Demand (Ninja POD). When you place a paid order, your design files, product details, shipping address, and order number are sent to Ninja POD so they can print, pack, and ship your items.

• Production times vary by product and order volume.
• Colors may differ slightly between screen previews and final prints.
• We reserve the right to reject designs that violate copyright, trademark, or our content guidelines.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, Shirts Avenue and Ninja POD are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

5. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges

Because each item is printed on demand, orders enter production quickly. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment. After that, the order is considered final.

• Returns are accepted only for defective or misprinted items.
• Exchanges are not offered for sizing mistakes unless the wrong size was shipped.
• Contact support with photos of any defect within 14 days of delivery.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and forfeiture of refund eligibility. We will cooperate with Shopify and payment providers to provide order, tracking, and delivery evidence.

7. Custom designs and intellectual property

You keep ownership of designs you upload. You grant Shirts Avenue a limited license to use those files to fulfill your order. You may not upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted artwork, trademarks, or hate speech. We may remove designs and cancel orders that violate these rules.

8. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or appear fraudulent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shirts Avenue’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
